For large withdrawals, you will need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a copy of one of the following identity documents:
Withdrawals above ৳50,000 will be held until KYC verification is complete. We aim to complete verification within 48 hours.
Any account found using another person's identity documents or providing false information will be immediately closed, and all deposited funds will be forfeited. Such activity may also be subject to legal action.
